Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Brummy Artist Birmingham – BAB.

As a small independent artist, I only offer refunds if an item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged on arrival, please notify me and return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase—such as a printed copy of your email receipt.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, including any optional shipping insurance for higher-value pieces. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
