Payment stuff

  • How can I pay? The Brummy Artist takes most major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and a few others depending on where you live.
  • Did my order go through? Yep! You'll get an email from me (Brummy Artist) to confirm.

Is my art produced with the environment in mind?

Yes! All art is Printed on: Museum-grade 230gsm archival paper and is shipped in environmentally friendly packaging.

Shipping Prints

  • How long 'til I get my print? Give me about 5-7 days to make your print awesome (i don't hold stock, I'm really environmentally conscious - I make to order!) then it ships!
  • Do you ship to my country? Probably! I ship worldwide with flat rates for the UK, Europe, and everywhere else. Shipping and deliveries.
  • Where's my order? You'll get a tracking number so you can stalk your package.
  • How is my art print sent to me? It's sent in minimal but gorgeous branded packaging (that can be reused or popped in the recycling bin), including acid free tissue paper (added to boxes) recycled stickers and archival sleeves made to protect your art print.
  • What sizes are Brummy Artist prints available in? Currently all prints are available in A5, A4  and A3 on longlasting acid free paper.

 

  • How large is my package? All prints are A4 and are letterbox friendly. 

Returns (Hope you don't need this!)

  • What if it arrives damaged? Sorry! Let me know within 7 days, and get a refund once we have the print back. [Click here]
  • How long for my refund? Sometimes up to 30 days – sorry, it's not up to me!

  • Got a promo code or gift card? Lucky you! Pop that code in at checkout.
  • Do you have a real store? Not yet, but fingers crossed for the future!
  • Can you gift wrap it/add a note? Yep! Choose the option at checkout to send it straight to someone special.
