Payments
How can I pay?
I accept most major debit and credit cards, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment options depending on your location.
Did my order go through?
Yes — you’ll receive a confirmation email from me as soon as your order is placed.
Sustainability & Materials
Is your artwork produced with the environment in mind?
Yes. All prints are made using long-lasting archival paper and fade-resistant pigment inks that meet ISO 11798 standards. I print to order rather than holding stock, helping to reduce waste while ensuring each piece is made with care.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Each print is made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks prior to dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
EU & USA
Orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.
Rest of the world
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on arrival.

Where is my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How is my print packaged?
Your artwork is sent in minimal, carefully branded packaging designed to protect the print and reduce waste. This includes recyclable materials, acid-free tissue (for boxed orders), archival sleeves, and recycled stickers.
Prints & Sizes
What sizes are available?
Prints are currently available in A5 and A4, printed on long-lasting, acid-free paper.
Will it fit through my letterbox?
Yes — all A5 and A4 prints are letterbox friendly.
Returns
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Once the print is returned, a refund will be issued.

Refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on your payment provider.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Payments and data are securely handled by Shopify.
Have a promo code or gift card?
You can enter these at checkout.
Do you have a physical shop?
Not yet — but hopefully in the future.
Can I send this as a gift?
