I hope you love your Brummy Artist print! However, if your item arrives damaged, here's what to do:
Contact me within 7 days: Please let me know about the damage as soon as possible, and within 7 days of receiving your order.-
Return the damaged print: i'll provide instructions on how to return the damaged print to me at the following address:
The Brummy Artist, 257 Rocky Lane Nechells, Birmingham B7 5EY United Kingdom - Receive your refund: Once I receive the damaged print, I'll process your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to appear in your account due to banking processes.
Important Note: Since my prints are made-to-order, I cannot offer refunds for reasons other than damage.
