Refund Policy

We hope you love your Brummy Artist print! However, if your item arrives damaged, here's what to do:

• Contact us within 7 days: Please let us know about the damage as soon as possible, and within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Return the damaged print: We'll provide instructions on how to return the damaged print to us at the following address:

• Receive your refund: Once we receive the damaged print, we'll process your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to appear in your account due to banking processes.

Important Note: Since our prints are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for reasons other than damage.
